Why a run in the morning is healthy for you.

A great start of your day!

It's 7am on a Monday, your alarm clock rings and you might want to roll over in bed one more time. Super relaxing but it does make you extra sleepy. So instead of spending a few extra minutes in bed, you should go for a run. In that way you will have achieved your first goal of the day and this will make you feel better for the rest of the day.

Here are a few of the benefits of a morning run.

You'll come up with new ideas

Research has shown that 60% of people who exercise think about their studies and work while they are running. With your head full of new ideas, you can start your day off perfectly.

Free evening

Many people are unwilling to work out in the evening after a long day at work. Running in the morning gets this out of the way and you don't have to worry about it later in the day.

Fat burning is already in motion

Running before breakfast has a positive effect on fat burning. Of course, everybody is different so the results in combination with a good breakfast afterwards may be different.

Less stress

Many people have a lot of unconscious stress. You take this with you during the rest of the day, which can cause problems in the longer term. By going for a run, you will start your day a lot more relaxed.

I will try to go running every morning, will you as well?
