"A stroll through past, present and beyond" is an art show which was uniquely created by the Burning Blood Group specifically for the Albert van Abbehuis and takes you on a journey through the house. It combines various art forms and the history and atmosphere of the villa itself.
The Albert van Abbehuis was gifted to the city by Albert van Abbe to enrich the culture of the city of Eindhoven. Today the huis is an art space in the heart of Eindhoven. It works as a connector between art forms and between artists. The art show by the Burning Blood Group is a fantastic exampole for it.
'A stroll through past present and beyond' is a show which was created specifically for the Albert van Abbehuis and is taking you on a journey through the house itself - lead by the poetry of Carola Eijsenring and accompanied by Erik Deckert on the didgeridoo, TheOwlInTheCity on the hang drum and Ali Becan on the cello, as well as dance by Aboli Dhayarkar, graphic design by Deniz Tuzcuoglu and visual art works by Jan Radersma.
Burning Blood Group is founded by Carola Eijsenring in 2014 and is a formation of various international creatives who are living and around Eindhoven. It started as a collaboration with a couple of musicians around Carola's poetry. By now the group expanded with more musicians, artists and designers, who poured their hearts and souls into the show in various formations, at all kind of places, around different themes, and always driven by the poems of Carola Eijsenring.
16th of October 2022 at 14.00-15.00 the show will be performed in Dutch and 15.30-16.00 in English.
